10Troubleshooting
Google Meet not available when creating a runbook
Meet permissions were not accepted during Google authorization. Go to Dashboard, then Integrations and re-authorize your Google account. On the OAuth consent screen, accept the Meet permissions to enable Google Meet as an event platform.
Google Drive not connected
Go to Dashboard, then Integrations and click Authorize next to Google Drive. If you signed up with Google OAuth, try disconnecting and reconnecting.
Chat messages not appearing
Verify you have a Platinum or Diamond subscription. Check that your messages.json file uses the correct MM:SS format.
Live stream not starting
Verify you have Gold or above. Check stream key (min 10 chars) and RTMP URL. Start the Source Encoder first when the runbook is Running, then start destinations.
Insufficient credits
Go to Dashboard, then Subscription to purchase additional credits or reduce the event duration.
