How SimuLive Pricing Works

SimuLive uses a pay-per-hour credit system. You purchase credit hours upfront on the Silver, Gold, or Platinum plans, or subscribe to the Diamond plan and get billed monthly based on actual usage. Credit hours are consumed based on the duration of your automated webinars and meetings. There is no monthly minimum, no setup fee, and you can stop at any time. This makes SimuLive significantly more affordable than platforms like Zoom Webinars, ON24, EverWebinar, and WebinarJam which charge flat monthly or annual fees regardless of how much you use them.

SimuLive vs Competitors on Pricing

Unlike traditional webinar platforms that charge $50 to $500 or more per month regardless of usage, SimuLive charges only for the hours your automated webinars and meetings actually run. For teams that host occasional webinars or want to test automation before committing, this pay-per-hour model can save hundreds of dollars per year. Hosts who run daily or weekly evergreen webinars benefit from predictable, usage-based costs that scale with their business.

Understanding Video and Live Streaming Quality

SimuLive separates two quality settings. Video quality is the resolution of your pre-recorded content as it plays inside your Zoom or Google Meet webinar or meeting, ranging from 630p x 1120p on Silver up to 1080p x 1920p on Platinum and Diamond. Live streaming quality is the resolution of the simultaneous broadcast pushed out to platforms like YouTube, Facebook, and Twitch, ranging from up to 720p on Silver, up to 1080p on Gold, up to 1440p on Platinum, and up to 4K on Diamond. Because each plan includes everything in the plans below it, higher tiers raise these ceilings while keeping every lower-tier capability.
