1. No Refunds on Purchased Credits
All credit hour purchases on SimuLive are final. We do not offer cash refunds on purchased credits, whether used or unused.
2. Completed Sessions
Credit hours that have been used toward a completed session are non-refundable under any circumstances, as the service has been fully delivered.
3. Unused Credits
Unused credit hours remain in your account until they expire per your plan terms. Refunds are not issued for unused credits.
4. Technical Issues (Our Fault)
If a session fails, drops, or is interrupted due to a SimuLive platform error, we will restore the affected credit hours to your account promptly. Please contact our support team with details of the issue.
5. Exceptions & Goodwill
While we maintain a no-refund policy, we review each case individually. In exceptional circumstances, SimuLive LLC reserves the right to offer account credits, bonus hours, or other resolutions at our discretion.
